The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has advised Nigerians especially Christians to renew their hope in God, no matter the challenges they are going through.
He stated this during the Church’s monthly thanksgiving service in the first Sunday in September held at the national headquarters of RCCG, Ebutte-Metta, Lagos.
The cleric urged Nigerians to rebuild their relationship with God for them to draw strength to face whatever life challenges that might come their ways.
The General Overseer, who also rendered a heart-felt prayer for the sick, said it is important that people do not just come to church on Sundays but ensure that they grow their faith and develop spiritually.
Also at the service were sports men and women as well as their families were prayed for, during the service.
The thanksgiving service usually attracts members and non-members, professionals, security agencies, paramilitary, students, business men and women among others.
