Brethren, many of us think when it comes to miracles, it is entirely up to God; we feel we have no part to play in it. This is not true. Before we go further, let us see some facts about faith.
- Miracles are not accidental occurrences: They are provoked by the desperate faith of man. This means God mostly acts when He sees your faith in action. It is noteworthy that the Bible says for our learning, that the Lord Jesus Christ could not do many mighty works in His home town because of their unbelief (lack of faith). Matthew 13:58, KJV – “And He did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.”
- Faith is the spiritual substance that connects man with God for divine intervention: Hebrew 11: 1, 6, makes this clear – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (6) But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.”
- Faith is not a feeling: It is a concrete, tangible force, a spiritual force that connects the natural to the supernatural. It is not faith if it has no substance.
- Faith is the master key to destiny: What you become is a function of what you believe. Matthew 9:29 says, it is unto you according to your faith, not according to the circumstance around you. Therefore, everything about the believer is faith.
- Faith is a product of revelation in the word of God: Until God opens the eyes of a man to see the wondrous things He has in His word, he may never experience the wonders of life. That is why the word of God makes it quite clear in Proverb 29:18, KJV – “Where there is no vision, the people perish but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Let me say this: the year 2023 has appeared with special smiles upon mankind and we need audacious faith to go through it. You are therefore not to show audacious faith as a temporary unmindful thing this year; it is something that would take you through the entire year. That is why I have the courage and assurance to declare to you that you will leap for joy, 2023 will be a year of uncommon favour, fruitfulness, unprecedented blessings, miracles, signs and wonders for you in Jesus name.
Children of God, do not be dismayed and do not allow anything to trouble you. What matters is that you have the Lord of Hosts on your side. He has given you His word which cannot fail. I decree concerning you, receive the grace to completely depend on Him with audacious faith in Jesus name. Amen.
