The General Overseer, The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya has called on able Nigerians to impact the live of fellow citizens at this critical period in the nation when many Nigerian families are struggling to cope with the current economic challenges.
The cleric made the call on the heels of testimonies of robust package bordering on Corporate Social Responsibility the church has carried out in her 34 years of existence that have touched and transformed the lives of a lot of people both in Nigeria and the nations where the Ministry is situated.
Olukoya was represented by the Assistant General Overseer, Pastor Kehinde Adegbolahan with other distinguished personalities in the church ahead of 35th anniversary of the church and 2024 annual Convention in Lagos recently.
Themed “Power from on High,” the event would hold from Friday, August 16 through Sunday, 18, 2024 at the Prayer City, Kilometer 12, Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
MFM leader said, “There are so many things that we have done as a ministry, apart from the spiritual aspects. For example, now we have a program called Power Empowerment whereby people who are interested in different skills are being taught and also helped to start a small-scale business.
“We give out scholarships, especially to the first-class students. We have done a lot of road constructions, palliatives given to people, and so on and so forth.”
He added that the Ministries through its intercessory prayers had impacted positively in the nation and Nigerians, saying that the church will not stop praying until peace and stability is established and the economy picks up in Nigeria.
He noted that the three-day event will feature concerts, a lot of music with children, teenagers and youth presentations, life transforming prayers and award ceremonies while thanksgiving and holy communion to wrap up the event the last day.
