The story of Nigeria is the irony of a country flowing with milk and honey but at the same time, its people are wallowing in extreme lack resulting to hardship and abject poverty. It is 62 years now since Nigeria became an independent nation but for successive ineptitude leadership, it has been stagnated, and even diving backwards.
To reverse this horrible narration, average Nigerians must resolve to stop the unpatriotic elements at the corridor of power and their collaborators through exercising their electoral power in 2023.
It is also the right time for the Church to awaken to providing divine direction to everyone aspiring for political office. Any political party or individual that does not consider the church important at arriving at any national decision does not deserve backing.
If the church can get it right, the country will certainly get it right because the Bible says we are the light of the world.
