The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Continent 3 has trained administrators at the annual administrators’ conference within its jurisdiction for better performance. The training was also targeted at exposing administrators to the use of digital tools for enhanced productivity.
To enhance their productivity, it was stressed that the administrators should regularly check their health status.
Themed “The future of work: Maximizing efficiency through digital tools,” the one day intensive hybrid program, which was held at the Continental 3 Headquarters Lagos recently, had the church administrators from Lagos and South West Nigeria in attendance.
In his keynote address, Continent 3 Overseer, Pastor Johnson Odesola said, “This program we are doing is targeted at re-equipping administrators for more productivity. The future of work is being rapidly transformed by digital tools and technologies, offering new ways to enhance productivity and efficiency. From automation to AI-powered decision-making, digital platforms are streamlining tasks, facilitating remote work, and enabling smarter collaboration.”
In addition to deploying technology to their work, Odesola charged them to make integrity their lifestyle.
“Avoid pretentious life. Let what they call pretense leave you permanently. Practice integrity every day, every time is still a lifetime. Make sure that every day whatever you are doing, let it be open,” Odesola charged administrators.
Continent 3 Overseer maintained that the future of work will be increasingly defined by the integration of digital tools that enhance efficiency and productivity. “By leveraging automation, AI, and collaborative platforms, organizations can streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and foster innovation,” Odesola added.
Speaking, Assistant Pastor-in-charge of RCCG Region 42, Ibadan, Pastor Victor Adegorioye highlighted the significance of workers in and to organisations.
“Employees turn ideas into actions, like planning and running outreach events. Staff brainstorms new initiatives, such as community services, to increase engagement. Staff with expertise show flexibility in addressing challenges, such as adopting digital tools for online services.”
In his welcome address, the Continent 3 Administrator, Pastor Seun Adebayo said, “This conference provides a precious opportunity for us to connect, learn, and grow in our roles as administrators within the RCCG family, particularly Continent 3. As we all know, administration in the House of God is more than just a responsibility—it is a ministry.”
